Laser Welding Cell

2D and 3D laser welding systems are widely used in the automotive industry for welding different materials – especially thin sheets – due to the high energy density produced by the laser beam, which provides high welding speeds with low heat input, when compared to conventional arc welding processes.

As a result, high-quality parts – without distortion – are welded using a highly productive process.

Fiber lasers are replacing CO2 and ND:YAG lasers with advantages in terms of energy efficiency and investment cost.
