Drying
Irradiation Greenhouse
The thermal irradiation curing process can occur in two ways: IR (infrared) and UV (ultraviolet).
IR ovens are used for parts of varying thicknesses or very thick parts. Because they act directly on the paint, they provide high energy efficiency (lower gas consumption) and reduced curing time and space. They can be configured to operate solely in IR or in a combined IR + convection process.
UV ovens are used in high-speed painting lines to achieve a rapid curing reaction. This application relies on a paint specially formulated to cure under this energy source.

Chamber Type Greenhouse
Considering the melting of fatty material made in a chamber type oven.
The oven is designed for drying fatty, solid organic, non-corrosive and non-explosive material.
Heating is done with saturated steam, electricity or gas.
Drying time is defined according to the process.
Loading of parts inside the greenhouse must be done using a loading trolley.
Process time control will be indicated by timers with end-of-cycle indication through signal lamps.

Electric Infrared Oven
Shortwave electric infrared oven using high-efficiency shortwave lamps.
Reduced healing time.
Reduction of space in the factory area layout.
Energy saving.
Automated curing control via PLC.
Modular system, allows future expansions.
Electric (medium wave)
Gas (long waves)

Infrared Gas Oven

Energy Saving.
Low operating cost.
Reduced processing time.
Catalytic reaction, process without flame emission.
Explosion-proof radiators.
Specific irradiators for high-risk environments.
General drying applications.
Convection Oven
Convective ovens use the concept of a recirculated air heating system, which can be fired directly or indirectly (natural gas, LPG, thermal oil), aiming for strict control of the heated air where the working temperature is monitored by controllers interconnected to the control PLC, which modulates the intensity of the burner flame according to the process needs, ensuring control of the necessary air flow and minimizing thermal energy losses.
