Eletric Monorail System é uma tecnologia onde cada carro transportador possui motorização independente, possibilitando selecionar destinos, velocidades e tempo de processamento diferente para cada peça.

O sistema EMS pode transportar desde paletes até carrocerias em armazéns, linhas de pintura e de montagem.

Main advantages:

 

  • Possibility of increasing the number of transport cars according to production demand

  • Cleaner factory environment, as the system does not require a conveyor chain dripping oil

  • Can be installed in “OverHead” or inverted (floor mounted) aerial versions

MHS – Movable Hoist System

MHS – Movable Hoist System

This optimized crane system, in addition to traditional translational movement, allows for the transfer of load bars via a telescopic push-and-pull system and also for lifting loads. Its flexibility allows for the transport of large and heavy parts, such as cages or racks, for processing multiple parts simultaneously.

Widely used in immersion processes in pre-treatment tanks, electrodeposition (E-Coat), galvanization, among others.

Main advantages:

  • Compact, modular and expandable design

  • Elevated versions, enabling manual work at an ergonomic height

  • It does not require a closed circuit, as it performs forward and backward movements.

  • Process variations and cycle times can be programmed

  • Provides large capacity storage area with low space requirements

SKID

These friction drag conveyors are robust, reliable, and extremely flexible. They can be used to connect painting lines with manufacturing, assembly, picking, packaging, storage, and transportation areas.

Main advantages:

  • Compact and modular design, making better use of available space

  • Easy maintenance, as it is installed directly on the floor

  • Meets stringent cleanliness requirements, making them ideal for use on paint lines

  • Available in versions with automatic lubrication and maintenance-free systems, for use in hard-to-reach locations or clean rooms.

Spindle

Spindle conveyors are versatile and resistant, being used predominantly in painting lines for plastic parts and the wheel industry.

Main advantages:

  • Possibility of transporting an optimized number of parts

  • Resistance to humidity and temperature (up to 250ºC)

  • Allows painting of parts in controlled rotation, providing homogeneous coverage of the substrate

  • Simplified control, with the option of integration with robotic systems

Power & Free

Systems that transport parts of varying sizes and loads. Their flexibility allows the parts hook to remain stationary or operate at different speeds to facilitate assembly, welding, painting, and other processes without affecting other process areas.

The system is available in “OverHead” or inverted (floor-mounted) aerial versions.

  • Efficient operation and greater process stability due to the design that prioritizes durability and low maintenance

Air 

Aéreo

The purpose of the overhead conveyor for painting is to move parts through the painting line, maximizing production and preventing the painter from touching the part to paint it, providing better performance and increasing the quality of the finished product.

  • Overhead or spindle (pin) conveyors or I-Beam, Closed Chute or Power & Free.

  • Load capacity 15kg to 2200kg.

  • Maximum working temperature, 250ºC.

  • Standardized parts that facilitate assembly or layout changes.
