Ultrasonic Welding Cell
Ideal for joining non-ferrous metals, ultrasonic welding offers several advantages over other methods. Besides requiring a shorter welding time, there's no heat dissipation, no consumables are used, and the welds are more consistent, resulting in stronger bonds compared to other welding methods.

Ultrasonic thermoplastic welding is a welding process in which frictional heat is generated in the plastic through mechanical oscillations. These oscillations energize the plastic molecules, causing them to move. The plastic softens and begins to melt. The components are joined together by complementary or material bonding. After a brief pressure hold, they remain bonded at the molecular level.
