Powder Coating Booth
Powder Coating technology uses equipment with high transfer efficiency and 100% solid ink, combining corrosive, mechanical and weather protection, such as ultraviolet rays.
Main benefits:
Powder coating booth, with white cartridge type filtration system with washable Teflon coating and safety post filter.
Powder coating booth, with cyclones and cartridge filters for large amounts of color.
Manual, automatic or combined application system.
Cabin construction, stainless steel sheet or polypropylene.
Cartridge filter cleaning system with automatic pulse jet.
Quick color change, with roll-on / roll-off cabin system.
Electronic sequencer in the cleaning system, providing savings on compressed air.

Powder Coating Booth with Quick Color Change System

Roll-on, roll-off powder coating booth for applications requiring quick color changes. The system shifts the part conveyor line and positions another booth previously prepared for the second color, significantly reducing setup time and achieving significant production gains.
Water Curtain Painting Booth
Coagulation of the paint is done with the addition of the necessary flocculant specified by the paint manufacturer.
The cleaning frequency of the painting booth with water curtain is approximately every two months, however, after the booth goes into operation, a more rigorous evaluation must be made to ensure good system operation so as not to affect the installation's performance. The indicated time is for guidance only.
The painting vestibule is being considered with two side silhouettes for the passage of pieces hanging on the overhead conveyor.
Horizontal air flow.
Galvanized sheet construction.
Standard heights: 1.95m, 2.45m and 2.95m.
Standard width from 1.00m to 6.00m.
Vapor-proof fluorescent light.
Axial exhaust fan with non-sparking polypropylene propeller.
Indirect drive through pulleys and belts.
Polypropylene hydraulic network.
Tilting water curtain.

Epoxy paint.

Dry Painting Booth

Horizontal air flow.
Galvanized sheet construction.
Double filtration.
Standard heights: 1.95m, 2.45m and 2.95m.
Standard width from 1.00m to 6.00m.
Vapor-proof fluorescent light.
Axial exhaust fan with non-sparking polypropylene propeller.
Indirect drive through pulleys and belts.
Modular painting vestibule.
Electrodeposition Painting

Electrodeposition Painting technology, known as E-Coat or KTL, consists of an immersion application that, through electric current, allows the coating of the conductive substrate on both the external and internal parts of the parts.
Main benefits:
Coating in hard-to-reach areas
Excellent corrosion protection
Uniformity in the applied layer
Environmentally friendly (water-based, heavy metal-free, low VOC, low waste and low fire risk)
Automated and reliable process (low maintenance and labor)
Robotic Painting
MCK / ACCI 's robotic painting lines are developed to meet the most basic to the most advanced needs, using robots and equipment that are programmed to paint parts of various sizes and shapes, even the most complex ones.
With the MCK / ACCI robotic painting line, the customer will have an average 30% saving in paint consumption compared to a manual process, in addition to very high quality in the painting process.

MCK 1 Robotic Painting – Smaller and simpler parts
The MCK 1 painting line is the most basic automated painting solution. This painting solution will utilize smaller painting robots and simpler painting equipment, designed for painting smaller parts with less complexity and finishing requirements, such as metalworking parts, general carcass painting, and small, planar parts.
The MCK 1 painting line provides approximately 30% reduction in paint consumption compared to a manual process without electrostatics, and this reduction can be even greater when the customer's process is very precarious and deficient.
The MCK 1 solution will utilize an electrostatic painting system with a high-finish spray gun. The pumping system will be managed by a double-diaphragm pump capable of maintaining stable pressure and supplying the system with paint. The system will have only one pump, meaning it will not have automatic paint change or automatic cleaning. The solution will feature an integrated automation panel, control HMI, pneumatic controls, NR-12, and a Painting Interface. For robot manufacturer Stäubli, the MCK 2 solution is designed with the RX160L Paint robot. For manufacturer Motoman, the MCK 2 solution is designed with the EPX1250 robot.

MCK 2 Robotic Painting – Medium-sized parts with superior finish
The MCK 2 painting line is the medium-sized automated painting solution.
For this solution, smaller painting robots and medium-sized painting equipment will be used, aimed at painting smaller parts, but with greater finishing requirements and complexity regarding the part.
With the MCK 2 Robotic Painting system, on average, paint consumption savings reach 35% compared to a manual process without electrostatics, and this reduction can be even greater when the customer's process is very precarious and deficient.
The MCK 2 solution will utilize a Ransburg AeroBell 168 electrostatic turbine system as the paint applicator. The pumping system will be run by double-diaphragm pumps capable of maintaining stable pressure and supplying the system with paint.
The solution will feature a color changer for two colors and one solvent, meaning the system will have three pumps, an integrated automation panel, an HMI control, pneumatic controls, NR-12, and a painting interface. For robot manufacturer Stäubli, the MCK 2 is designed with the RX160L robot. For manufacturer Motoman, the MCK 2 solution is designed using the EPX1250 robot.

MCK 3 Robotic Painting – Large and complex parts
The MCK 3 solution is the largest robotic painting solution. This solution utilizes larger painting robots and large painting equipment, designed for painting complex and extensive parts. This solution is also suitable for applications requiring high paint quality, high paint efficiency, and high speed.
It is worth noting that when using the MCK 3 Robotic Painting system, on average, savings in paint consumption reach 35% compared to a manual process without electrostatics, and this reduction can be even greater when the customer's process is very precarious and deficient.
As this is a solution aimed at larger parts (it can also be used for smaller parts after prior study), parts that are normally painted require a large amount of paint, meaning the percentage of paint saved will have a significant value, greatly reducing the payback time (Return on Investment).
The MCK 3 solution will utilize an advanced electrostatic turbine system, using a Ransburg RMA 560 turbine as the paint applicator. The pumping system will be powered by double-diaphragm pumps capable of maintaining stable pressure and supplying the system with paint. The solution will feature a color changer for two colors and one solvent, as well as an automatic dosing system, enabling automatic catalysis for applications with two-component paints such as PU and epoxy. The system will rely on Ransburg's Ransflow equipment and four pumps (paint 1, paint 2, catalyst, and solvent). The solution will also feature an integrated automation panel, control HMI, pneumatic controls, NR-12, and Paint Interface. For robot manufacturer Stäubli, the MCK 3 solution is designed with the RX160L Paint robot. For the manufacturer Motoman, the MCK 3 solution was designed using the EPX2050 robot.
